Running Late

Running late is inconvenient for you, but unfortunately also for us.

• Running a few minutes late? Please let us know.
• After being 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a €10 fee will be charged at your next appointment.

No Show

• Please modify or cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance.
• If you don't show up without cancelling your appointment, a €15 fee will be charged at your next appointment.
• After 2 no-shows, NO further appointments will be made for you.
